Sharon manages the practice at Montagu Dental and supports the team to ensure patients receive exceptional care. Sharon aims to find a balance of warmth and professionalism within the team, always keeping patients at the heart of the practice.
Sharon’s career began 33 years ago as a dental nurse at a local practice where she supported clinical staff and patients. In her role she has progressed to a receptionist, treatment co-ordinator, practice secretary and has been a manager for over 15 years.
Sharon strives to ensure that patients enjoy their visits to the practice, and it is a place where they feel cared for, respected and valued. She is passionate about education and with her foundation of dental knowledge spends time ensuring patients fully understand their treatment and supports them in decision-making.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys running, and various arts and crafts.
